Singh360, working with ComEd in the Chicagoland Area, Produce Stellar Results

Medina, MN (February 28, 2019): Singh360 recently completed a Retro-Commissioning project for a large nation-wide grocer in the Chicagoland area.  As an approved provider of the ComEd RCx Building Tune-Up program, Singh360 was able to utilize ComEd’s utility incentives to keep the investment low.

Our two highly trained engineers along with a refrigeration contractor spent a week at the store, delivering great energy saving results. The 42,600 sq.ft. grocery store that benefited from this, is occupied daily from 6AM to 11PM, 7 days/week and has been open for several years.

Singh360 Energy software and services range from building-envelope assessments to complete design of mechanical and electrical systems (including HVAC, lighting and refrigeration systems) for new and existing buildings using mobile and cloud app from kWh360 Inc.

Singh360 Provides ComEd Retro-Commissioning (RCx) Building Tune-Up Services

With a current retro-commissioning job in the Chicagoland area, our customer urged us to get in touch with ComEd and get registered in their Energy Efficiency program.  They wanted us to include any incentives they offered into our deliverable.

The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program offers incentives to all types of business customers. The utility company supports those efforts by initially funding the energy study, so there is no up-front investment by the grocer or commercial building owner.
