Resource Data Management (RDM)

RDM is a leading provider of HVAC, refrigeration, building control, remote monitoring, and energy management solutions, with a strong presence in the food-retail and supermarket industry. RDM offers controllers, front-end systems such as DMTouch, and remote monitoring software including ActiveFM™ to control, monitor, and optimize refrigeration, HVAC, lighting, and other critical assets.

A key strength of RDM is its open-protocol approach, supporting technologies such as BACnet, Modbus, XML, and CAN bus, allowing integration with existing building and refrigeration systems. Its solutions also provide advanced refrigeration optimization, alarm management, energy monitoring, and remote diagnostics—helping supermarket operators improve reliability, reduce energy consumption, and maintain food-safety compliance.

Baltimore Air Coil

Baltimore Aircoil Company is recognized as the world’s largest manufacturer of evaporative cooling, thermal storage, and heat transfer equipment. BAC products are sold to the commercial building market as components for air conditioning systems, to the food industry for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, and to a broad range of industries for process and power installations equipment cooling.

Remis America, LLC

Remis provides refrigerated products such as medium temperature doors to supermarket industry. It is a joint venture between Germany-based REMIS GmbH and Dehco, INC, headquartered in Elkhart, IN. The first American installation was in November 2008 and the joint venture was finalized in February 2009.
