Shilpa Jaswal

Shilpa Jaswal co-founded Singh360 Inc. in 2011 with Abtar Singh. She is responsible for daily operations, HR, and accounting for Singh360. She has more than ten years of accounting experience in retail, facility services, and federal projects.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in information systems. Her experience includes warehouse management, inventory, supply procurement, management reporting, Oracle, and Microsoft Access.

Abtar Singh

Abtar Singh specializes in facility-management systems, performance monitoring, predictive analytics, and optimization of energy and maintenance systems.

He has worked throughout his career to reduce operating expense by improving building-management technologies and processes. His expertise spans the design, engineering, and modeling of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, enterprise software, and data warehousing. He holds more than 45 patents in related technologies.

Abtar holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and a B.S. in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Before starting Singh360, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Verisae, where he helped introduce energy technologies as products and services. He also served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at Emerson Climate Technologies, helping develop technologies that improve supermarket energy efficiency—including compressors, electronic valves, remote monitoring, and energy-management systems.

His focus is practical: simplify refrigeration and HVAC design, connect controls and field operation, and integrate efficient and renewable technologies into supermarkets and other commercial facilities.

Engineering, Projects & Operations

Ash Minhas

Ash brings more than ten years of combined experience as an engineer, project manager, and operations manager in electrical infrastructure, energy, and construction. He began by managing large-scale electrical-infrastructure projects and maintenance contracts in South Australia before moving to the United States to continue working in the energy sector.

Today, Ash works across HVAC, refrigeration, controls, and commissioning projects. He applies engineering, design, project-management, and planning skills to carry projects and contracts from beginning to end.

He holds a Civil and Structural Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Project Management diploma.

HVAC, Refrigeration & Controls

John Post

John has more than twenty years of experience developing relationships and delivering work in the HVAC, refrigeration, and controls business.

He owned and operated a local HVAC/R service and controls company before working for several large controls manufacturers.

John brings design, controls, implementation, and project experience across environmental systems and is known for rolling up his sleeves to get the job done.

He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with an HVAC+R emphasis from the Technical College of Lucerne, Switzerland, and has maintained the CEM credential since 2010.
