Abtar Singh specializes in facility-management systems, performance monitoring, predictive analytics, and optimization of energy and maintenance systems.
He has worked his entire career to reduce operating expense by improving building-management technologies and processes. He is an expert in design, engineering and modeling of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. He is also an expert in enterprise software technologies and data warehousing. He holds more than 45 patents in related technologies.
Singh holds M.S. & Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park. He also holds a B.S. degree in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.
Before starting his own business, Singh served as Vice President of business development for Verisae, Inc. At Verisae, he helped introduce many energy technologies as Verisae products or services.
Singh has also worked as Vice President of product management and engineering at Emerson Climate Technologies, where he spearheaded the development of many technologies that improve energy efficiency in supermarkets, including compressors, electronic valves, remote monitoring and energy-management systems.
Singh’s passion is to simplify refrigeration and HVAC design and to integrate renewable technologies within supermarkets and other commercial facilities. His rich field experience in HVAC, refrigeration and control systems contributes to his practical recommendations for improving design and efficiency.
Tim has over twenty five years of experience in the field of refrigeration systems, refrigeration controls and mechanical applications. He has worked as a Mechanical Engineer and a Technical Support Engineer for two manufacturers.
He has been a project manager for installations of control systems in numerous types of applications. Tim has many years of hands on experience in the installation, setup and operation of various types of control systems.
Tim had 5 years of training at Dunwoody Institute in the Pipefitters Apprenticeship training.
Tim received a B.S. degree from Mankato Technical College in Refrigeration.
John has over 20 years of experience developing relationships in the HVAC, Refrigeration and Controls business.
He owned and ran a local HVAC/R service and controls company before working for a few large control manufacturers.
He has design, control, implementation and project skills on various types of environmental systems and is known for rolling up his sleeves to get the job done.
John received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on HVAC+R at the Technical College of Lucerne, Switzerland.
He also earned the CEM degree in 2010 and maintains it today.
